I recently attended the 8th International Conference on Management and Organization (ICMO 2026) in Montenegro, where I had the opportunity to present our paper on the drivers of sustainable creativity, co-authored with Saleh Samimi Dehkordi.
The conference provided a great platform to exchange ideas with researchers from around the world and engage in discussions on sustainability, innovation, and the future of organizations.
